Leela, if you haven't figured this out already, the table of contents is automatically generated by the headings on the page.

Yeah, you can edit the table of contents by right-clicking on the box, but all it will let you do is choose how far down the hierarchy (1st, 2nd, or 3rd tier) you want to index the headings.
